If there's something you really, really want, eat that part first! Then, when you're full, you can throw the rest out without regret. By the way, thank you for your kind, and encouraging comments on the last post. I have decided to stick with Weight Watchers, for now. We'll see what the new year brings! View my complete profile. Tuesday, July 12, 2011. I have made a discovery. I love, repeat, love fitness classes. Who knew? I come out of an hour-long workout thinking "You know, there is no way in heck I would have stuck with that workout for that long if I had been on my own". About twenty minutes in I would be done.
