For example, given the complex nature of flying aircrafts and the need for mental acuity in doing so, CAMI has a list of greater than 350 compounds. Well, when drugs are tested for approval very few studies are done in high altitude environments. Many of these drugs deal with critical cell processes and can have a different effect when put under hypoxic strain but that is not necessarily investigated. Is the risk justified?

Mainly about GA flying. March 28, 2015. The airport length is shorter than the field elevation at 6445 ft. My personal highest landing so far has been at 7129 ft in a much wider valley with a much longer runway albeit in a much lower performance aircraft! In Paro valley, we are close enough to see red chilies drying around a farmhouse. This tiny nation certainly likes it’s chilies, and I have enjoyed making Ema Datshi and Shamu Datshi recipes. Which many attempt, but a select few persevere to complete.

Mainly about GA flying. October 25, 2012. You can’t always get what you want…. The flight was gorgeous up through Healdsburg and dropping into Lampson. I even got a chance to see the full benefit of my “Bad Elf” GPS/Pilot’s Charts App and am very happy with the outcome. Winds were calm at the field–so overflew to land on runway 28. Wait–what are those on the left side of the ramp? Not only did we find the spa/hotsprings, we flew right over it. How’s that for dead reckoning! Laquo; Curiosity has landed!
