Everything has got taste. July 6, 2015. Unsalted butter, softened, for greasing. 200g sweet cherries, pitted. 4 medium egg yolks. A pinch of fine sea salt. Sifted icing sugar, for dusting. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Generously butter ramekins. Divide the pitted cherries among the buttered dishes. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top of each clafoutis is a light golden brown. Leave to cool slightly, then dust with icing sugar and serve while still warm. Courgette, butter bean and feta cheese cakes.
