Tuesday, November 17, 2009. Well today I went to my new farm area. I searched out a new area because I have not been able to find many of the boarded up homes I need to find to flip. My new farm area has plenty homes for sale and alot of renovation going on. Things are good! I got about 10 numbers today that I need to call tomorrow. Friday, November 20, 2009. Friday a good day! Had another productive day today. I got into contact with a wholesaler/Rehabber in my farm area. He actually has an LLC set up and is active. He recently did 1 rehab and sold it and has 1 deal on the same block that he is trying in wholesale. I have about 25 numbers I need to contact and get things moving. Everything from these FSBO's to For Rent apts and homes in my farm area. Well, I need to dig into these numbers and get some calls going. Friday a good day!

Just a quick update to say that my daughter's surgery went well and we were able to come home on Wednesday. It was a very long day - she went into the OR at about 12noon and didn't get out of recovery and up to her hospital room until 9pm. But she's doing great and that's the main thing!
