I finally decided to wallpaper the coffee bar wall (which will inevitably become the juice box bar) in between the two girls' rooms. They put the first coat of paint on the walls, and I noticed they painted around the paint samples. I told the painters it was okay to paint over the samples. I have a love/hate relationship with this part of the building process. I love picking out things, but then I get very frustrated and depressed once I tally up the numbers and realize I'm 200% over budget. Seriously, I don't TRY to pick out the most ridiculously overpriced items! So far, the following are definites. Master bathroom - Kohler.

Watch us build a house! Or maybe two or three. Sunday, December 21, 2008. My kitchen is still in progress - it's been a huge cluster with the oven unit and it basically needs to be redone. The crown moulding is not installed, the doors need to be replaced because the stain is too dark, the cover that surrounds the double oven needs to be replaced (for the THIRD time), and the door on one of the ovens needs to be replaced.
