Baking Powder 1 T. Baking Soda 1 T. Chopped or ground pecans 3/4 - 1 cup (optional). Mix the dry ingredients and set aside* *. Pumpkin - 1 large can. Canola Oil 1 cup. In fact, it's been so long that I checked in and found my background had been removed and for the life of me I can't make my font larger or find how to change some settings in the layout.
