North Jackson Red trail. Friday, January 1, 2010. What have become short runs. I guess now I have moved a little closer to being a nutcase ultra runner. It has come to be that any run shorter than an hour is too short. I often wonder on these runs, where has the time gone? So those trails and of course my Timber Lake trails which I run whenever I can are the ones I've been hitting. Hope to get some company sometime but if not I'll keep zoning out and watching my feet.
