We have a great little used bookstore near our house and I go there often. I try not to go too much because I find too many great books. Wednesday, December 15, 2010. I got Jakey some of his own kitchen utensils and he is proving to be very good at making - and tasting brownies. 4: the panfilio's big adventure. Monday, November 2, 2009. Grant's first halloween.so fun! We saw lots of friends and paige went trick or treating for the 1st time.of course she loved it! Paige and grant were dora and boots.that is what she wanted so i went with it! Visiting daddy at the firehouse! Fall fun and a few firsts! We so busy these days and i am so very behind on posting.so enjoy these for now and hopefully at some point i'll catch up (mom i hope you enjoy)! We couuldn't get her to smile normal.

Monday, April 16, 2012. A funny fellow runner! Here I am running my first marathon ever. It was an awesome experience. That smile on my face was there almost the whole time I ran. I have been running regularly since January of last year. In 2011, I completed 3 half marathons and 1 5K. I haven't improved my race times, but I haven't gotten any worse either, so I thought I'd push for the next goal- a marathon. I felt really good the whole time. I remember reading Dorothy's words of Mile-Posts.

Another flock of City Chickens. Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Phyllis has gone broody (and we've all gone mad). This, my friends, is exactly what having your feathers ruffled looks like. Like I said, this is one angry chicken we're dealing with here. I got so desperate to shut her up that I started chasing her around the yard to scare her. I looked like a raving lunatic, but at least it snapped her out of it. Oh, and another thing: this all means that Phyllis has stopped laying yet again. No Way, Snow Day.
