I have a deep pie plate, so used:. 6 cups of blueberries, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup white sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 7 tbsp of cornstarch. These were a success and are from Cooking Light, to boot, so are healthier than a typical cookie. I love ginger as an ingredient in my baked goods! Such wonderful flavor :).
