那天，病房异常忙碌。我和小组看了一个又一个病人。来到这张病床前，我们都不约而同地沉默下来……. 他，来自一个美丽的岛屿。因为末期胃癌肿瘤出血，紧急入院。住院期间，我们每天都提心吊胆地观察着他的红血指数。只要他一失血，或红血指数滑落，就替他输血。好几次失血太快，看着他苍白得犹如一张白纸，虚弱地躺在床上，让人心里免不了难受……为了尝试停止肿瘤出血，他还经过了五次电疗，可是却都无济于事。那天，他情况稍有稳定，我们决定让他出院。还有什么我能够为他们做的？只能在他们离开病房之前，去打个招呼，勉强挤出笑容，对病人说要好好照顾自己……再次回头看这对夫妇，我脑海里闪过了这样的一个画面：在美丽的岛屿上，一个小屋子里，老伯伯一天一天失血，一天一天虚弱，变得越来越疲累，然后有不再醒过来了，而老婆婆依然静静地守护在一旁。订阅：帖子 (Atom). 來自 Alor Setar 的外星語 Adik Alor Setar Style (Part 1). 站在最后的跑点，面对着最后一个横杆……. 今天，上了最后一堂的CPC，就意味着进入三个星期的复习，然后是总考。在医学系五年的undergraduate学习就剩下这么最后一关了。最后一次的考试，测试着我们是否做好了准备，有资格踏出社会为病人服务。笔试，两张试卷，都是书写试的。范围是儿科，内科，外科，妇产科，骨科，精神科，家庭医学。 OSCE ( Objective Structured Clinical Examination. 65292; 是非常有趣的考试方式——跑站试。每一站五分钟，时间一到就换下一站。范围是以上七科，加上眼科，耳鼻喉科，麻醉科，急诊科，放射学(radiology)。测试除了知识掌握，更是沟通能力，临床技能，应对能力等……. Long Case一个。每一个学生都会安排到一个病人（真的病人），给一个小时的时间拿完整的病例和体检。然后对着两个（或三个）考官呈现，并作出诊断和医疗方案。 Short case三个。三个考官（大多是教授级的）对一个学生。十分钟内体检一个病人加呈现加讨论。一共三个不同的病人。是啊，踉踉跄跄地才走到今天……. 抽血、打点滴、准备注...8220;你们还不快点...

Ah Yen's Never Ending Story. On Friday, May 21, 2010. 哈哈，昨天用了一天的时间把《海派甜心》追看完，好看小猪和rainie在这部戏里的演技都很好小猪在这部戏里的演技真的比起他演的其他戏好很多很多:p 我个人还蛮喜欢rainie的，觉得她在《不良笑花》中很可爱很搞笑，看了那戏真的会很开心这次在《海派甜心》中她演的并不是个甜心，而是个性格很直率很真的女生这部戏的前面部分很搞笑，到后面就很感人。。我的大姐跟我一样看到哭得眼睛肿肿:p. 上面这video是我大姐发现的，很厉害，用maple story做成这戏里的歌- 《爱不单行》的mv,蛮用心。。明天我就要搭上飞机去台湾，会去九天，哈哈平时都是在电视中的综艺节目，美食节目，旅游节目，和偶像剧看台湾，明天终于可以真正到那里看看了。。买东西吃东西。。买东西吃东西.
