I am a woman struggling to juggle many roles. I am a mother, wife, homeschooler, dietitian, sister, friend, and much, much more. Every day I struggle to better myself, learn from my mistakes and be a positive force in this life. Tuesday, January 17, 2012. The sweet potato vines grew happily all over the yard, and the heart-shaped leaves were attractive enough. But what was happening underground? Would there be anything worth harvesting, I wondered all summer long? Here is my recipe:. 1 cup cooked, mashed...

Here We Go A Blogging. Friday, August 28, 2009. Cool Mom Picks Back to School Guide. Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Evan was taking some pictures the other day with my camera and accidentally jammed the lens. So, I'm pretty sure it is broken. I am waiting to get a new camera for Christmas, so I have a few months where I wasn't sure what I'd do. I pulled out my FILM camera and will try to make good use of it (although film is not readily available at stores these days anymore! He is not sure if he should do it...

Here We Go A Blogging...: February 2010
http://djfrilingos.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Here We Go A Blogging. Friday, February 12, 2010. The other day in the car Evan was asking me to define "make believe.". But he is real in that you can see pictures of him and read about him in a book. So I guess firedog and Winnie the Pooh are at different levels of make believe? I started to get confused myself. This afternoon I had him call my parents to see if it was snowing in Columbus, where they live. After my dad answered the phone, here is the story he launched into. He kept on for a few more mi...

http://djfrilingos.blogspot.com/2010/08/end-of-summer.html
Here We Go A Blogging. Monday, August 02, 2010. Liam and Evan with Mr. Eric on their last day of music class with him for the summer. He and Mr. Michael are The Learning Groove creators and teachers, we love their classes! Mr Eric also wrote the book Pete the Cat, I Love My White Shoes. Liam loves the dry-erase board. And the nuh-nuh. He knows the nuh-nuh will not be a part of his life in a few more months, so he has been extra clingy about it. Evan constructing a new Lego tanker. 8/2/10, 10:42 PM.
