http://kelleytoons.blogspot.com/2009/07/new-animators-forum.html
The Official Home of "Never Too Late". Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Wes and I (synth75 on the old LM site) have started a new animators forum, mostly devoted to using Anime Studio (but will include general tips for all animators). It's early days but already there are tips and tutorials there available no where else. I would recommend anyone interested in animation to come join us and make it the best possible place for discussing the art form we all know and love. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Kelleytown's Ex-Genius: September 2013
http://kelleytown.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Mostly harmless thoughts from someone who used to be brilliant. Sunday, September 29, 2013. The Future of Microsoft Gaming - Project Spark, Valve and Disney Infinty. First of all, disclaimers in place: I hold absolutely zero "insider" information when it comes to any of the following predictions. I'm completely retired from the industry, and while I am beta on a lot of hardware and software, none of it is in the gaming arena. Disney, which doesn't control any consoles or OS, didn't take the route MS is t...

Kelleytown's Ex-Genius: June 2012
http://kelleytown.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Mostly harmless thoughts from someone who used to be brilliant. Monday, June 25, 2012. Okay, it's been long enough (did I really write the last post here about my diet 18 months ago? And I should say at least a word or three about exercise. But don't despair - you don't have to spend the time that Ahnold does (or even look like him) to get benefits. Even a couple days a week, 15 minutes a day, will achieve remarkable results. Ideally you'll do it three days a week (with a day off in between) and ...You d...

http://kelleytown.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Mostly harmless thoughts from someone who used to be brilliant. Thursday, December 23, 2010. Lose the weight without the wait. Folks, I'm putting this here because I can't tell you how often I get asked my "secret" of how I look so completely different (And, yes, here are some "before" and "after" pictures so those of you who don't know me might stumble across this (as if that would happen) will understand what I'm talking about). Before we start, some simple thoughts:. There's no other way to do it but ...

Kelleytown's Ex-Genius: Bluetooth, headphones and getting the best portable sound possible
http://kelleytown.blogspot.com/2014/10/bluetooth-headphones-and-getting-best.html
Mostly harmless thoughts from someone who used to be brilliant. Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Bluetooth, headphones and getting the best portable sound possible. It seems like every two years or so I go through a search to find the best possible portable sound solution. I keep expecting the technology to improve to the point where the perfect solution will finally exist. I can report that it's getting better, but still far from perfect. 1 Over The Ear headphones. 2 On The Ear headphones. 4 In The Ear.

Kelleytown's Ex-Genius: March 2008
http://kelleytown.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Mostly harmless thoughts from someone who used to be brilliant. Wednesday, March 12, 2008. Vegans, Monkeys and Journals. Long before I started this blog I had a thought that I should jot down my thoughts somewhere. Not that my thoughts are all that worthwhile to anyone else, but only that they might somehow be worthwhile to me, and I should preserve them just in case. So the following did occur to me way back when (when dinosaurs ruled, although in actuality it was only like four years ago). It’s a...

http://kelleytoons.blogspot.com/2009/11/never-too-late-series.html
The Official Home of "Never Too Late". Wednesday, November 25, 2009. Never Too Late - The Series. Never Too Late" is an animated half hour series about life in an active adult community. Royal PITA is located in central Florida and is owned by the Dingle family. It's a good natured look at getting older, and those who know it's never too late to have fun. Here's a look at our pilot episode (primitive animation but we got *lots* better at doing this as the show progresses):. Never Too Late - The Pilot.

Kelleytown's Ex-Genius: May 2009
http://kelleytown.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Mostly harmless thoughts from someone who used to be brilliant. Sunday, May 17, 2009. Why in the world is Carman SanDiego Following Me? So the other day I create a twitter account in order to score some free tickets for the new Star Trek movie. I wasn't successful, mostly because I understood the process so poorly my "tweet" didn't even get to the right person - not exactly like sending an email (which is indeed the whole point). Did they visit the Kelleytoons site to see what was going on? Leesburg, Flo...

Kelleytown's Ex-Genius: November 2007
http://kelleytown.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Mostly harmless thoughts from someone who used to be brilliant. Tuesday, November 6, 2007. To have and to have not. The thing that got me thinking about doing a Blog at all was a nice take on one of my favorite (still) television shows, Mystery Science Theater 3000. You can read it here. Rage at the machine? Colors every single observation of their lives. I suspect this gentlemen would consider myself one of the "haves" but this is a very slippery slope. Just what is a "have"? Conversely, "have nots" wou...
