It's hard to believe it is already that time of the year again! The time when families come together, food is abundant, and bargains are everywhere! As hard as this year has been for me, I am trying to stay positive and look at all the things that I have in my life. And, there really are many! So, here goes! Just trying to get by in this crazy thing we call life. Saturday, July 10, 2010. The Good Old Summertime. I remember when I was a kid and just couldn't wait for school to be over so I could start my summer break. I always remember sitting in my class as the principal "released" each grade. Afterwards, it was off to the local park for the usual shaving cream fight. There was just something about spraying shaving cream into that person's face who you didn't quite care for! Just, the feeling of FREEDOM!

Just trying to get by in this crazy thing we call life. Wednesday, December 23, 2009. 2009 in a nutshell. 2009 proved to be a very interesting year. It began much the same as other years, but certainly did not end like other years. I vowed to get back in shape. (as I do every year! Only recently have my hands completely recovered. That really put a damper on my getting back in shape idea. In February, I turned the big 3-0! I had long been dreading turning 30, but I managed to celebrate it in a big way!

After returning from an awesome weekend at Hiram with some good friends, I was extremely tired and hungover for most of the day. And, why wouldn't I be.I drank all night and didn't get enough sleep! Just trying to get by in this crazy thing we call life. Thursday, September 24, 2009. All Dogs Go To Heaven. Maybe it's because she was always there for me no matter what. She saw me through the worst of times. She saw me through the best of times. There's not a lot of "people" you can say that about. I'm not familiar with other religions, but is this what other religions believe as well? Or is it just what Catholics believe? I'm sorry but this is NOT what I believe! They are our angels here on earth.
