Kitchen travail. - Jennifer Noble. Feb 27th, 2006 11:31 am. In an effort to use all of my perishables before going home to Houston this weekend, I've been on a cooking frenzy. In the past week, I've made pesto, bolognaise, mushroom bisque, stir-fried noodles, curried pork loin, and roasted tomatoes and eggplant. Right now, I'm working on a spicy vegetarian butternut squash and potato soup. Yet somehow, I managed to go out for sushi on Friday with the boys. Nice. 2006-02-27 09:15 pm (UTC).

I've gotta admit, I love watching celebrities wander around New York. The best part? The nasty comments about how disheveled these people look. Now I want the Los Angeles experience! Soon-to-be-librarian - Jennifer Noble. Oct 2nd, 2006 09:10 pm. I just got my letter today! I was accepted to the University of Texas School of Information for the Spring semester. I haven't stopped grinning since opening up the mail. This means I get to move to Austin! And it means I'm not a total failure at life. After a year on pause, I'm excited to jumpstart my academic future. I've been devouring UT's orientation material, and I can't wait until I have a real student ID again! I'm just over the moon.

What a wreck. - Jennifer Noble. Apr 25th, 2006 05:56 am. Today was a shitty day. An officer made sure everyone had insurance information, and he was nice enough to stay with me while I waited for the tow truck. According to the collision center, it will be two weeks before they'll know the extent of the damage. And then BAM, everything gets turned upside down. My door was bent at the hinge, so I couldn't open it. I had to hop over my console to get out on the passenger's side. 2006-04-25 02:30 pm (UTC).
