Monday, January 11, 2010. Maria received a Candyland game for Christmas. Although it's for 3 I thought we'd try it out yesterday. All went well (counting, colors, etc.) until we got about 3/4 of the way through (we were almost to the King! Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Maria's Luau Ducky Birthday. A few weeks ago we celebrated Maria's 2nd b-day Luau Ducky style - here are some pics of the festivities :). Giving one of her first guests, cousin Bella a lei. Thanks to Abuela and Nana for helping me get it done! The customary pastelon de guayaba made by Abuela and Tia Evie! Every good ducky party must have a bubble show! And I don't have a pic of Cousin Aidan showing how excited he was, but the kid was jumping up and down smiling the whole time!

Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Her other favorite activity was going in Sleeping Beauty's castle, which I thought would scare her but totally didn't. I was absolutely exhausted from the trip. The table is fully stocked with stationery and postage. Visitors to the Project Space. Are invited to sit down and write a letter on stationery generously donated by letterpress studios around California and beyond. Crane Paper.
