Thursday, July 8, 2010. Well, after four years of racing, my number was apparently up. Last night I had my first race crash during the Masters 10-lap scratch race at Marymoor. As one of my teammates put it - "Oohhh.you broke your cherry! The details are not too important - my understanding is the guy who caused it all knows it was his fault so he has to live with knowing his sloppy riding caused injuries to two people and some pretty significant damage to bikes. Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Whos down with 203? There is no way to describe the Kilo - such a little word but one of the most painful races on a bike. I can't wait to do some more. Sunday, June 6, 2010. One down, two down.more to come. Once again I've not done a good job posting, but i'm OK with that. Odds are good nobody reads this so it's mostly just for my own amusement and satisfaction. but it also helps when I want to remember when things happen, as I'm bad with dates. Last year at FSA.

I'm finding it hard to believe that it's already been three months since CX ended, but today marked the start of the 2010 WSBA road season with the Frostbite TT. 160; My goals were not too high - beating last year's time was what I set out to do. End result was a time of 23.20. Not quite what I'd hoped for, but still not bad. I know I'm riding stronger this year than last, and as I'm still focusing on weight loss and not training, I'm looking forward to ...Mad props to IJM.

Saturday, March 20, 2010. Today was my first mass start road race of the 2010 season, " Tour de Dung #2. In Sequim, Wa. For the most part the race itself is already a blur for me. Some things that stand out was chasing down a Cucina rider on the first lap - not really much of a gap on the field but was nice to do it - as I shot off the front I heard Vern telling me "don't do it, it's the first lap!
