Thursday, November 17, 2011. Am I feeding her too much? One of my mother's group's friend came to visit the other day and she was so surprised (or shall I say, shocked) to see the amount of food Isabel is consuming daily. She said it's waaayyyyy too much as her daughter of the same age is just having 1/4 or at most 1/3 of the portion that Isabel is eating. I didn't know if I'm really feeding her too much, but so far she would just happily gulp down the food I feed her at meal times, sometimes wanting more.

Thursday, October 1, 2009. 的确，也有一段时间没有把自己的烹饪作品po上来了，虽然对烹饪的热忱还是那么地浓烈。 因为家里的灯光实在有够暗，家里的相机实在有够逊，再加上本身的技术实在有够烂，. 看了一点都不开胃，所以最后索性不拍了，直接吃！ o. 希望可以慰藉一下她饥饿的心灵吧 呵呵。。 如果你不介意昏昏暗暗的照片，不知名堂的自创料理，it's my pleasure to share the following cooking with you =). 这是我跟黄姜&莱姆叶(Kaffir lime leaves)的第二次邂逅，第一次是前几天，尝试煮Sambal Hairbee的时候。煮这道料理的时候，只想说要尽快把冰箱里的黄姜和Lime Leaves用掉，没想到搭配出来的效果非常好吃哦！ 材料大概有 黑豆豉，辣椒干，蘑菇，鸡亦头，土豆等。豆豉需要用水洗过以免过咸，然后用汤匙压烂味道才会出来。然后记得有豆豉的料理一定要加糖调味。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Monday, August 20, 2007. 近日来，明-志事件的确被炒得沸腾腾的。不知为何，这事件感觉上让不少人开始深思。。。别的不说了，大概在Internet里无时无刻都有人在讨论，不需要再插埋一脚。 只是感慨到，还要那么多的无头公案、民怨有待处理，为何要如此执著呢。吧生百万豪宅、蒙古女郎案件、国会侮辱女性的言论等等，为国家带来更深的负面影响。。。 心里一句，这大概是所谓的乱世吧。所谓时势造英雄，很奇妙地，在心中有史以来第一次，希望有个英雄会打破沉默，打救这个逐渐败衰的国家。 最重要的不是要逃避敏感课题，而是要坦诚相对，携手面对全球化的挑战。渐渐地，感觉到，我们在消失在世界的舞台。 我爱我的国家，但我的国家爱我吗？但这并不重要，至少我有勇气，尝试去爱，以它为荣。 离开并不能解决问题嘛。像Moses一样离开，到了今时今日，犹太人都还不能安安宁宁地过生活。从好的角度来看，这样的逆境或许造就了多少的人才。 期待。。。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Thursday, August 20, 2009. 虽然只能断断续续的从杂音中隐约听到妈妈的声音，但却能清楚听到妈妈的不安。电话那端的妈妈显然跟平时不一样，慢了两拍的回答却都答得牛头不对马嘴。心里马上意识到不对劲，一再询问却让妈妈显得更六神无主，唯有先请妈妈calm down, 如果不方便，我迟些再打回去。 今天午饭后，想说妈妈应该可以接电话了。打了几次，终于连接上妈妈了。一听到妈妈的声音，比昨天好多了，心里也比较安定下来。这时妈妈才娓娓道来昨天的事情。 妈说爸爸的心跳一度高达170左右，并且一直高居不下。心想那一定是很紧急的状况了吧，正常的心跳才70左右呢 真的非常非常感谢来自各方的祷告和庇佑，药物后来终于开始凑效，爸爸的情况才得以缓和稳定下来。医生说爸爸非常幸运，这种状况没有在手术中发生。Thank God, thanks everyone for your prayers. 我一直听，心一直往下坠。挂上电话后，我的眼泪也跟着掉了下来。。。 哭，除了因为很担心，也因为很难过。 更难过是，自己在他们那么彷徨无助，最需要我的时候，我不在他们身边。 Love you daddy, muacks!

Thursday, April 30, 2009. Kim's Farewell Dinner @ Jang-Gun Chatswood. Kim san明天就要回去马来西亚与想念已久的家人团聚了，很羡慕desune, 同时也很替他高兴. 于是，我们一伙四人（beng, buoy, Eric san, Kim san）相约到Chatswood的Jang-Gun共餐，为Kim san饯行，希望他有个平安愉快的旅程. 65288;偏偏就除了最好吃的那个蛋饼 . ）. 辣酱炸鸡，这个甜甜辣辣的，鸡皮炸得很松脆，好吃. 不过墨鱼煮得刚刚好，嚼劲十足，配着那个韩式的米粉吃，也挺可口的。。 这个是当晚唯一不辣的料理，羊肉汤，里面有粉丝的嗫，味道类似上次西北餐馆吃过的羊肉泡馍的汤哦！ 超烫，超辣，在冷冷的夜晚咕噜咕噜的喝下，超爽! 这次点的菜都满好吃的，让我有了下次还要再来的念头，不错不错！ Labels: 生活 。琐事.
