Sunday, March 06, 2011. My Most Favorite Pattern. The other day I posted a swatch of this project my most favorite pattern of all time the loveliest of tissue box covers. It is from the magazine I posted on the same day as the swatch: Women’s Household Crochet Spring 1994. The pattern was created by Katherine Eng who seems to still be designing. Recently I visited a friend’s cottage in Idaho and was thrilled to discover that the cover I had made for her was lovingly displayed in the guest bathroom.

Monday, March 06, 2006. Real Time Blog Photos Are Back. The girls are back from the state tournament (the boys got 2nd! And so is the camera. So here is a current photo of what I will refer to as the Bye Bye Birdie. Blanket - since I will be working on it primarily during rehearsals while I wait for the girls! At home I am working on the Granny Grid Bag and that will go with me tomorrow as I am off the city again. That is where I hope to stop at a "real" yarn store and maybe buy some wool for felting.

These ball ornaments are very simple but can be snazzier. Up by using the pretty Christmas yarns or adding some lace or dried flowers. Fixed the knitted ball as it refered to repeating rows 2 and 3 but is repeat rows 1 and 2. Worsted weight Christmas yarn. Of polyester fiber- fil. Chain 22 leaving a 12" tail, sc. Row 2 - 21: ch 1, sc. Cast on 21 sts.
