The hour-long class started with the instructor talking a lot…and then she explained that there will be time to spare at the end. I think an entire Sh’bam session lasts 45 minutes? I tried the Fitness Fiesta’s zumba session at The Grassroots Club near Yio Chu Kang. The instructor for the evening was Kerry Staynings. I didn’t enjoy the chaotic style at all.
