Fatima Memorial Welfare Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization founded on 20th April 2012, at. PO Thutta Rai Bahadur,. Tehsil Kharian, District Gujrat,. The initial approach of FMWF is to provide basic medical facilities to the village itself and surrounding 22 villages in the area. To completely legalize our present and forthcoming welfare projects, registration of the Foundation with Government of Pakistan was done as soon as the Foundation was started, Letter is attached herewith.

This is a new introduction in our policies, this card is issued to the Zakat beneficiaries of the 22 villages around, and only those with the card are to be provided entirely free services from FMWF. At present Basic Medical Facilities is the main area of work for FMWF which includes. Running of a hospital at Village Lehri with 24 hour on duty Medical Officer. 24 hour on Duty Midwife. All Facilities are provided to the people with minimum charges possible, along with entirely free health facilities to the Beneficiary Card holders.
