生於香港，在填鴨式的教育制度下成長。不甘被這無形枷鎖綑綁，努力衝破框框，做自己喜歡的事。 #piano #snooker #bowling #redwine #麻將 #Texasholdem #鋤D. 踏入了人生第十七個年頭已近一星期，思前想後良久，仍寫不出有甚麼目標……只覺得應活在當下，珍惜擁有的一切。 友儕間經常抱怨，很多事情要做，壓力很大。已中五，距離公開試只有一年，當然想考獲好成績，這壓力一定存在。問題是，壓力再大也好，也要想辦法減輕心理負擔，否則若長年累月活在焦慮中，抑鬱都有你份。 而我平日的減壓方法，除了彈琴外，竟然是洗碗。 最近與家人訂下了一個「洗碗時間表」，我負責二、四，媽媽負責三，爸爸負責五，婆婆負責一，週末視乎當晚情況。然而第一個星期，父母倆都在他們負責的晚上外出吃飯，只有我和婆婆有洗碗。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 圖片視窗主題. 技術提供： Blogger.

生於香港，在填鴨式的教育制度下成長。不甘被這無形枷鎖綑綁，努力衝破框框，做自己喜歡的事。 #piano #snooker #bowling #redwine #麻將 #Texasholdem #鋤D. 這個三月，過得很充實。最難忘的當然是到了澳洲旅行。今次真可說是無憾了。 乘熱氣球、下海浮潛、滑沙、餵袋鼠、抱樹熊、在葡萄園閒逛、嘗酒、吃最新鮮的海產……說得出的都是非一般的體驗。 就由行程最後一天說起吧。那天去坐熱氣球，凌晨三時爬起牀，五時多去. 餵袋鼠、抱樹熊，不用說吧，這是到澳洲必做的事。動物園裡節袋鼠全都很溫馴，還懂跟着手上有白色紙袋的遊客。看着牠們吃東西，完全被迷倒了。樹熊，更得意，睡覺時會蜷縮得像個球，而且牠們每日有二十小時都在睡覺。這不是名副其實的吃飽就睡睡醒再吃嗎？真羨慕牠們！ 還有最難忘的，當然是在黃金海岸瞭望太平洋。一望無際的海洋，加上特長的海岸線，瞬間令人心曠神怡，暫時忘卻所有煩惱。 文章出街之時，我已回到香港，回到學校繼續拼搏。平衡工作與娛樂，才是最佳生活之道呢！ 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 圖片視窗主題. 技術提供： Blogger.

生於香港，在填鴨式的教育制度下成長。不甘被這無形枷鎖綑綁，努力衝破框框，做自己喜歡的事。 #piano #snooker #bowling #redwine #麻將 #Texasholdem #鋤D. 近來較忙，半個月沒更新動態，先說句抱歉。六月，考試的季節，相信各位同學都會感到壓力。你有甚麼方法減壓？ 考試，少不免有科目需要出動「摩打手」，如語文科作文卷、通識科資料題，整個考試時段就是不停寫、寫、寫。考完後，可能大家覺得，應讓寫了半天字的手好好休息一下吧？但小弟則不知何解，回家後卻最喜歡彈鋼琴，更是特意選擇一些難度很高的曲目，「摩打手」沒有一刻停頓過。 雖然練習完大多雙手都會感覺疲累，但卻很有滿足感，也許那就是熱誠。當你對一件事有熱誠，就算過程辛苦，甚至處處碰壁，完成後都會有份滿足感。對小弟來說，這件事就是彈鋼琴。 英國皇家音樂學院 Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, the (ABRSM) 的樂器分級考試150分滿分，考獲130分或以上為「優異」distinction. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).
