Westside Windows Reflect the Sunset. A building on the Upper West Side of New York reflecting the winter sunset. I looked back through all of my images from this winter. Hopefully, if I go ahead and process the last of them, spring will finally start. I liked the colors created by the reflected light and the pattern of the windows. I think it looks almost like a quilt. Thom — April 6. Love this. fire, air, earth, and water. Mhg — April 7. Great colors and symmetry! Mdash; April 7. Mdash; April 7. Be aler...

This flower bed struck me as quite reminiscent of the night sky. I only wish it were bigger so the flowers would seem small and far away- I really like the resulting feel of this image, however… I’m a sucker for these types of high contrast images. This is a beautiful image. It works amazingly well in b&w and your description rings true. Mdash; May 16. Jonny — May 16. This image absolutely caught my eye! I can relate to your description and your processing is extremely fitting. Mdash; May 16. I think the...

Just visiting Florida: Cape Florida lighthouse
http://justvisitingflorida.blogspot.com/2006/05/cape-florida-lighthouse.html
A Brit's guide to Florida, not always what you might expect. Monday, May 15, 2006. Apparently the oldest standing structure in Miami-Dade, named after Bill Baggs, editor of the Miami News. From 1957 until his death in 1969, who fought to prevent the development of the land that is now included in the park.glad he did.a great place to escape the busy parts of the city. We thought we would catch some sun on the beach this day, not long before we ended up sheltering from the rain in that cloud.
