What to do when you just have a couple of handfuls of roast pork (or other roast meat) leftover? Why, make a stir fry, of course. A couple of handfuls of cold roast meat, sliced. Half a cup leftover gravy (or a teaspoon of stock powder). A glug of soy sauce. 1 dessertspoon peanut butter. 100g packet rice noodles (not dried if possible).
