So water is not going to be returned to the Murray-Darling Basin regularly in large amounts. However, I am sure someone, somewhere is making a lot of money out of the 'flow', real or not, of water. In the painting 'Airspace Above The Dam' I have taken the quote from the SMH and written it repeatedly to create the 'landscape', as if it is flowing.
