Coming to terms with it. My way of coping with the diagnosis, treatment and management of IBS. I have read a lot about this amino acid on the IBS forums. Some people have even said it has cured their IBS-D ( http:/ www.ibsgroup.org/forums/topic/35944-l-glutamine-will-cure-ibs-d/. Is because of the L-glutamine, but I will keep you updated! It doesn’t taste much, it’s super easy to take, and it is working. So here I am recommending it to everyone with IBS-D! I’m not giving up! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
