Our alarm went off at 9am and our friends had already been out and about and brought Starbucks back to the room for us. Nice start to the morning, right? After we picked up the tickets it was time for brunch. We found another Irish bar for bloodymarys and wings and met up with another surprise guest – my cousin Geoff! And off we went.

We kick our OWN asses! Stairs in the Rain. Asymp; 1 Comment. We didn’t let the rain get the best of us for Tuesday workout. Serving as Plan B, we completed ten flights of stairs with a side of upper-body exercises. We alternated flights (two groups) and completed upper body exercises with the therabands while at the bottom. We all felt the burn and will view stairs in a different way for the next couple days.
