Thursday, April 21, 2011. April 21, 2011 update. On April 19, Gary went for his first Chemotherapy treatment. His new chemo oncologist is not doing the palliative. Chemo but is putting him on a full chemo schedule. He thinks that they can shrink the tumor. The tumor was growing and starting to cause some facial paralysis and problems eating. Thursday, September 23, 2010. September update on Gary. He had his first appointment with the "cancer" doctor who felt that the pathology reports were promising. There will not be any treatments for now. Partially because they do not like to do a second round of radiation, saying that this is sometimes more harmful.
