Apprenti Aventurier and Geek à distance - Nouvelle-Zélande since oct 14. Toni nous a emmené dans une “attraction” vraiment impressionnante sur la côte sud-ouest de l’île : les Blowholes. Il s’agit de “trous” dans la roche juste à côté de l’océan et quand les vagues engouffrent dedans elles projettent de l’eau super haut, un peu comme un geyser. On est ressorti de là complètement trempé!

Apprenti Aventurier and Geek à distance - Nouvelle-Zélande since oct 14. Nous voilà donc chez Toni (une australienne) et son mari Siliva (un Samoen). La maison est “moderne”, à 5min de la plage, dans le village de Lalomalava. Notre job consistera à aider pour le jardin et l’entretien général de la maison, en échange de l’hébergement et des repas. Une autre façon sympa de découvrir le pays tout en dépensant presque 0talas.

Ccedil;a faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas eu une “claque” avec une publicité (Il faut dire aussi que je me suis pas mal éloigné de ce domaine depuis que je voyage). Apprenti Aventurier and Geek à distance - Nouvelle-Zélande since oct 14. Après plusieurs semaines sans aucuns jobs trouvés je commence à avoir besoin de bosser pour ne pas perdre trop d’argent…. Le gérant de mon auberge de jeunesse a pas mal de contacts et m’a proposé de bosser pour un paysagiste en extra quelques jours. C’est temporaire, mais ça devrai rembourser mes semaines depuis que je suis à Napier.

Hot and muggy. 19 skunk encounters, 0 sprays! Special Thanks to Alicia, Emma, Claire and Johnny for being my inspiration! I am glad it is done and told Alicia afterward that I am done with marathons. Etant à nouveau “chômeurs”, nous avons profité de notre temps libre pour nous rendre au Te Mata Peak, une montagne au Sud de Napier (20min en voiture). La vue est vraiment sympa et ça fait du bien de prendre un peu l’air en attendant de se remettre à bosser…. Ldquo;Planting” dans les kiwis. Quoi de plus normal que de travailler “dans les kiwis” quand on est en Nouvelle-Zélande? De me rejoindre pour bosser ensemble.
