April 23, 2011} Turtlegate. During my English teaching adventures here in Spain I have come to realize a few things:. English is an extremely difficult language to teach (maybe just to Spaniards). I have so much more respect for teachers now. Keeping kids entertained and trying to get through a lesson is a finely crafted skill. June 9, 2011} Paris. Luckily for our wallets Simon still has a students budget, meaning we cooked at home and packed lunches. Despite buying gifts for back home and the occasional price gouging tourist snack I have come in under budget; albeit only 5-10 euros, but hey that’s nothing to snub your nose at. The food there was soooo good it prompted me to write a review for them, they liked what I had to say so much that they gave me a free shirt. 🙂.
