Taking advantage of the last decent sunshine we are likely to see for a while. We are not expecting to see much sun this year. Such a shame it is not Tamarisk tied up to the pontoon. The Nore race 2010, starting at Southend pier head and open to all sail boats. Saturday, 13 September 2014. The unanimous decision was taken to head ashore for fish and chips as Alice was not in the mood to start cooking. I have to say they were pretty rubbish, but Beanie did not complain. Once again sky had cleared and the moon was shinning large and bright across the harbour. Forgot my camera again! The finish to this house was quite striking. I wonder if they would like to do a house swap?

The Nore race 2010, starting at Southend pier head and open to all sail boats. Tuesday, 29 July 2014. No particular place to go. After a week at home, we set off again on Tuesday 24th June. We headed back around the Maplins and with no actual plan we ended up back at the anchorage at Pyefleet. The anchorage at Pyeflleet. Foot ferry operating between Brightlingsea and East Mersea. The Nore race 2010, starting at Southend pier head and open to all sail boats. Sunday, 28 June 2015. Eyemouth to the West Coast. We finally decided to leave Eyemouth on Wednesday 3. As much as I like Lossiemouth, the canal and the islands were calling and so on Thursday 11. Well we have never been to Oban and just being round the corner we decided that we would pay a visit.
