Folly or Feasible: Me. July 14, 2009. While I Think of Something to Say…. I'm KBT . 41 and an overweight, confirmed couch potato who's somehow decided to learn to like running. Or at least not hate it. And preferably lose weight along the way. I plan to do this while living in a house full of natural athletes, all of whom can eat anything without gaining weight and run/hike/swim/whatever without feeling a thing. Thank goodness the kids got their father's metabolism, but oh boy is it annoying to live with!
