我由2009年5月19日開始我的減肥計劃，到了9月13日，用了117天，不靠任何減肥產品，靠自己的恆心和毅力，減了25磅，由127磅減到102磅，現在不用再減了，我亦已退下來, 過著退休生活。 1 熱油, 加薑片, 之後放入黃花魚煎香, 每邊煎約五分鐘. 2 加入紹酒和水, 再加麵豉醬攪勻煮滾. 3 加入唐芹和豆腐加蓋煮約三分鐘, 洒上芫茜便成. 1 將糯米粉和砂糖攪勻, 加椰汁, 溫尼拿香油和生油拌勻至無粉粒. 2 將粉糊倒入碟, 蒸20分鐘, 待涼一會. 3 將適量蒸好粉漿放保鮮紙上, 包入芒果粒, 封口, 沾上椰絲即成. 1 先將冬菇浸透, 加調味料蒸15分鐘備用. 2 全部材料切粒, 白鑊炒乾菜脯, 加油, 加其餘材料爆香. 3 下調味料兜勻, 上碟待涼. 1 馬蹄去皮用刀背拍扁, 我覺得拍扁的馬蹄做出來靚啲. 5 將拍扁的馬蹄加入糖水內, 再加入馬蹄粉水. 6 將(5)坐熱水, 不停攪動, 直至成為糊漿. 7 最後加入杞子拌勻, 蒸45分鐘便成. 1 糕盤鋪上牛油紙, 粉類過篩. 5 將粉類拌入芝士糊中, 輕輕拌勻備用. 7 將1/3蛋白拌入麵糊中, 再輕輕拌入其餘蛋白.
