Frozen Chicken Air: Icefield Adventures #3 : Panther Falls
http://peakr.blogspot.com/2008/02/icefield-adventures-3-panther-falls.html
Tuesday, February 19, 2008. Icefield Adventures #3 : Panther Falls. The day after Weeping Wall, of course the weather was all clear, but we were somewhat tired. The Panther Falls cave is also home to one of - if not the - the world's hardest mixed routes: Musashi. No chance we would get much higher than one single meter in it, but we had the luck to see 2 Scottish climbers - Malcolm Kent. Working in it, and doing quite well to say. Posted by Nonkel V at 8:09 AM. Have made us crazy!

SOMETHING TO DIE FOR: March 2010
http://simonfrost.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
SOMETHING TO DIE FOR. A PART TIME CLIMBERS LIFE. Tuesday, 9 March 2010. It feels like winters nearly over in North Wales, so with the thought that it might be the last chance this season, I took the day off work and headed in to the Black Ladders. Dropping the kids off at school meant it was 10.30 by the time I started the walk in, but the path was clear of snow and the weather was perfect, so although I had a heavy pack, I was able to make good time and reached the crag at 11.45. I emptied the pack.

Wednesday, 25 May 2011. Last night Pete and Rhys Langlands came up to my garage to do some climbing on my 45 board as its better than our local wall! Rhys on a mediam circuit. It was a good nights boulder session, hands are wrecked today! But my back is still sore from the weekend. Labels: Home Boulder Wall. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wednesday, 18 August 2010. After the EYS in Imst and finding out what it was like I was physed for Vienna. I was training since after Imst till the week before the Vienna comp and was feeling strong. What I picked up from Imst was I needed to warm up in plenty time and power through the moves. When I got to the wall the morning of the comp, The wall looked amazing, I really liked it. I was really phyced for the comp! I sat down on the chair and tied in, I was not that nervous. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sunday, 17 October 2010. Last weekend I competed in the British Lead Climbing Championships at EICA Ratho. The few days before the competition I was feeling strong and phyched for the comp, but the morning of the comp when I was warming up I was phyched but not feeling my strongest. I finished the competition in 5th position not too pleased with my self! Here is a fantastic video that Ruaridh Mackenzie put together! Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Stevie Addison Climbing: The Camel
http://stevieaddison.blogspot.com/2011/07/camel.html
Friday, 8 July 2011. As I have a new rope, Gri-Gri 2 and shoes I thought it would be a good idea to head out sport climbing, plus the weather was great. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Extreme Dream, Aviemore Indoor Climbing Wall. Awesome Inc. template. Powered by Blogger.

Monday, 18 July 2011. In between the rain showers I went up to the camel to get back on my project Ubunto 8A. I managed to link the whole main crux section today, and was feeling pretty strong on it, but some of the lower holds were still damp and slippy so could not link the whole route. Thursday, 14 July 2011. Guy on the 8A. Me attempting the 8A. Friday, 8 July 2011. As I have a new rope, Gri-Gri 2 and shoes I thought it would be a good idea to head out sport climbing, plus the weather was great.

Kandersteg Mini Trip | Rob Gibson's Blog
https://robgibson.wordpress.com/2010/01/25/kandersteg-mini-trip
Rob Gibson's Blog. Photos and info from my travels. Following Saas Fee my energy levels were flagging after all of the no climbing that I had done, the 0300 finish on Sunday was the final nail in the coffin. Following a late start Sunday morning Steve and I had a short day checking out a route then Steve sprinted up a pitch of very wet 5. The planned ascent of Buck Dich didnt happen today but the unplanned decent of the toboggan run made the walk up the hill worthwile. Laquo; Small margins.
