50 million voters in Democratic TX primary tonight (not really). Hrmm We have one million votes counted from only 2% of the precincts? That's from CNN. MSNBC says the same thing. I assume that most of those votes are from ballots that were cast before the election day (absentee voters). Nowhere on either site (CNN or MSNBC) do they explain this.
