Saturday, July 2, 2011. Parippu Padavalangha koottu curry. Tuvar dhal 1 cup. Cut the Padavalanga into small square pieces. Cook in pressure cooker along with the dhal. Grind the coconut, green chillies and jeera. Add turmeric powder and salt to the cooked dhal and then the ground coconut paste. Simmer for a few minutes. Add a tsp coconut oil and curry leaves.
