Sweet and Sour Meatballs. 15-20 Meatballs (can be bought frozen at Costco or Sam’s). 189; c. sugar. 1 Tbls. cornstarch. 20 oz can pineapple chunks, reserve juice. 6 Tbls. vinegar. 1 tsp soy sauce. 189; tsp. ginger. In a 2 quart sauce pan, mix sugar and cornstarch well. Stir in pineapple juice from the can and all other ingredients, except pineapple. Bring to a boil.

Stir together everything but the fruit. When mixed well, softly fold the fruit into the mixture. Serve on large rolls, such as croissant rolls, or on a green salad.
