Here is recipe two from last weeks fish dish. A crunchy, garlicky bean dish. 4 cloves of garlic. A handful of finely chopped parsley. Trim the beans and cut them in half. Crush the garlic cloves with a pinch of salt to make a garlic paste. Bring a small pan of water to the boil and blanch the beans for two minutes. Recipe: Chilli Sweet Potato Chips.
