Then me and Joevin went down to the pool side to watch other people playing water. LOL There was a man who used a fire hose to spray water to everyone including those watching from the top. When cutting, the lecturer teaches us how to prevent wastage when doing it, for example cutting 1 whole carrot into 6 different cuttings without wastage. But honestly, i think Fine dining has MORE wastage. Sarcasticly, he said can can but dun use my plastic wrap or watever to bring it back ok? Only a few would bring back their dishes to eat.
