I sometimes stop to think, and then forget to start again. Food contains many thing which affect our mood and therefor our daily life. Here is a small list of moods and what food causes that mood. Red meat contains tyrosine, which stimulates teh brain and makes it easier to concentrate. Bread contains wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction that results in depression. Oysters are high in zinc – a meneral used in the production of testosterone. Beer contains potassium, which helps the body to relax.

Well, ok, not an entire watermelon, but probably a good 5 lb chunk. Just large enough to make my husband laugh at me on the outside and secretly be disgusted.
