They’re the adult versions of something I loved as a child. Spicy Mulled Apple Cider. Serves: 6, 8 oz. mugs of cider. 3 pints (48oz.) of dry apple cider (alcoholic)*, divided. 8531; cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about one medium orange). 6 strips of orange peel. 1 ball of stem ginger*. 3 tablespoons light brown sugar.

Located in a shopping-mall, looking a bit out of date but run by a Italian family with heart and soul, this restaurant does not make any compromise on how real Italian food should really taste. From Pasta to Pizza, the food is perfectly cooked and taste exactly how it should. My view: worth the stop, non pretentious, great food - a must go.

Home cookin' and home brewin'. December 19, 2011. A few weeks ago we constructed a gingerbread house. This particular house is our main christmas decoration and I like it! Ok, back to the real point of this post…a delicious, moist, and decadent gingerbread. The delicate cake like bread may become another holiday tradition. The “bread” was easy to make, the oven warmed the house, and a soft gingerbread scent created a cozy feeling. Without further ado here is the recipe! 1 3/4 c flour. 1 1/2 tsp ginger.
