Tuesday, April 13, 2010. This week I am doing Ukbekistan. From my reasearch they have some amazing food. Like Zimbabwe I couldn't find the average diet or what the typical restraunt serves there. They really like fruits and vegtibles and they usually eat them all the time. They have many cultural foods there. For some reason all the food I learned about from Uzbekistan looked amazing. Here are the foods. Urga SoupMany foods in Ukbekistan are soups. Chuchvara is the most widespread national Ukbek dish.
