Made with 'papadum' - an Indian chip-like baked snack that is made from fava bean or lentil flour, you can find a P1 version at many South Asian grocers, or a P2 version at Trader Joe's (which is what I used). The recipe actually calls for 1 cup of mushrooms instead of zucchini, but I was out, so I used improvised and used zucchini. It was a great way to get in additional vegetables! Great dish to bring to parties! 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/2 cup chopped celery. 1/2 T Olive Oil. 3/4 lbs cooked cubed chicken breast. 2 zucchini, peeled and diced.

Saturday, September 30, 2006. This is just good ol' home cooked comfort food. my husband likes pot roast and this one turned out really well. it was very tender and had a great flavor. 2-3 lb pot roast. 1 can mushroom soup. 1 package dry onion soup mix. 2 cans beef broth. 1/2 yellow onion sliced thick.
