These quirky little beauties are essentially butter and sugar at their simplest, and the addition of kosher salt was inspired. I used salted butter (who am I kidding, that is what I always use.) for these cookies in addition to the kosher salt, and I though the salt level was perfect. Saturday, March 5, 2011. These quirky little beauties are essentially butter and sugar at their simplest, and the addition of kosher salt was inspired. Friday, December 17, 2010. Last week we were in Orlando. It was the first time Adrian or I had been there. It was fantastic! We loved it, and the kids loved it. I was afraid that Adam would be too young, but he enjoyed it as much as Abigail did. I loved going at Christmas, it was gorgeous. We only went to the Magic Kingdom and Sea World. We liked them both, but I definitely liked the Magic Kingdom better. We also went to "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party." Loved it! The castle lit up for Christmas:.

Monday, October 31, 2011. Halloween.it was a good one this year. Abigail wanted to be a witch. When she told me she did, I had dreams of green face paint, warts, the whole nine yards. My dreams were crushed when she said "No, Mom. A pretty witch." Oh, well. She was a pretty one. And, Adam? Nothing but Captain America for him. He is obsessed with him, thanks to the Avengers cartoon he and Abigail watch with Daddy. Abigail LOVED wearing makeup in public, and I don't think I've seen a cuter Captain America.

Monday, March 5, 2012. Our little bundle of joy came almost three weeks early this time. I cannot catch a break with a planned C-section, sheesh! Look at that sweet face! Three of the sweetest kids in the world. 2 days old and rocking her cute outfit from her "Aunt" Whitney. She is a joy! Well, sometimes it is hard for me to believe that I am a mother of three! Alexa is truly the best baby. She is a great way to end this child-birthing ride. I only hope that we don't spoil her completely rotten.
