El horno de barro logra una cocción completamente natural y sabrosa. Los hornos de barro estan hechos de una mezcla de tierra negra o arcillosa cernida con algo de pasto seco picado y el resto bosta de equinos o vacunos con la cantidad de agua necesaria para que el resultado final sea un pegamento.
