It is great on a Caesar salad that is Grilled which gives it a great smokiness. Add some grilled baguette slices and you have a great salad to go with whatever you might be grilling. Rick and I even live to use it as a dipping sauce for cooked shrimp. 1 TBSP lemon juice. 1 garlic clove, minced. 1 TBSP white wine vinegar.

What a great and easy sauce to use for pasta or anything that needs a good tomato sauce. It's quick and it freezes well. The recipe does not call for onions but I chopped a small yellow onion sauteed it with the garlic. 1 28 oz an whole peeled tomotoes. 1/2 c olive oil. I ONLY USED 1/4 CUP. 2 garlic cloves, chopped. 14 tsp sugar, can add a little more for your taste. Foodie and the Wino.
