A place where a simple foodie shares a few thoughts about food. Wednesday, August 19, 2009. Bread Pudding - Raisin Challah Reigns Again. I've loved bread pudding for a while now. Since eating at Raglan Road Irish Pub. At Downtown Disney a few years back, I've been determined to make bread pudding. I got this recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks, ' How to Cook Everything. This is my third attempt and I think I've got it about perfect (not that I'm not going to try some new variations next time.).

Spinach Quiche: A Perfect Sunday Brunch. 2 TB butter (3 TB if using fresh mushrooms). 3 cloves garlic, chopped. 1 small onion, chopped. 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and roughly chopped (or 12oz fresh). Even if you're using frozen chopped spinach, I recommend chopping it some more after it's drained.). 4 oz baby bella mushrooms sliced (or 4.5 ounce can mushrooms, drained). 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese.
