Newbie blogger in the house! Tuesday, 20 March 2012. Saturday night eats- Beef tortellini with steamed veggies, all prepared within 30 minutes! After dinner, the hubs and I watched the updated Conan, the Barbarian, which really was an AWFUL movie. I would not recommend it! This was by far the best part of my night, minus the stinky movie! Even these egg rolls, which weren't exactly the flavor profile I was looking for (they had cinnamon it them) were super delicious! June 22, 2012. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 500 gm minced beef. 1 red chilli (I did not have this so I used teaspoon cayenne pepper). 6 garlic cloves, crushed. 100 gm bean sprouts. 4 tablespoons oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 4 spring onions, halved and sliced lengthways (I did not have this so I did not use them).
