Foodie on a Diet. Tuesday, October 12, 2010. So here I am 15 years later in the same boat I was except for who knows how much money I've spent looking for the quick fix. I decided to try something new. So here's the gimmick this round: Whole natural foods (I know shocker! Cutting out caffeine is going to be my biggest challenge.
