Have you ever noticed that people cook a roast so long at such a high heat that it may fall apart, but you can't chew it, and the flavor is somewhere near an old rockport? 3 lb beef roast (I prefer leaner cuts). 10 cloves garlic peeled, and halved. 1 large onion quartered. 4 cups beef stock. Herbs de Provenance (a wonderful spice blend that should be in every kitchen). Friday, February 24, 2012. 3 lb stew beef. 1 medium onion sliced.

I say it's about time, most other countries allow it. We have shipped meat to other countries, or it was just thrown away because it wasn't able to be eaten. I for one think if it's meat that won't cause harm (aka human) then why waste it? Whats on your plate? Monday, November 28, 2011. My favorite BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar.

Philly Cheesesteak, and possible cookbook. 1 steak sliced thinly across grain, and on a bias (helps if you put in freezer for 15 minutes or so before cutting). 1 bottle Moore's steak marinade. 1 small onion (sliced). 2 jarred jalapenos (use a little of the liquid to cook the meat in with the oil) chopped, optional. Marinate your meat for at least an hour (I do mine prior to cutting). Tuesday, March 20, 2012. 1 small minced onion.
