Saturday, 11 January 2014. 生肉面] 家香生肉面 @ Lintas Plaza, 亚庇. 65292;连同金沙园、新苏兰、金兴利等等,都是亚庇生肉面的老店。家香从1997年便开始营业了,我第一家吃的生肉面便是在这里吃的了!家香生肉面跟其他家的有什么不同?答案其实很模稜兩可;分别在于干捞的黑酱油、如何让面条保留猪油的香气却不腻、清汤的鲜甜,以及生肉片的味道。我受不了把面弄得很油腻(干巴巴的更加不行!)、或清汤和猪肉片带有肉骚味的生肉面了,这一类的生肉面是不会出现在“Foodiotkk”的,哈哈! 位于亚庇Lintas Plaza 的家香生肉面,可是亚庇唯一一家从早开到晚的生肉面哦. 跟其他家的生肉面比较,家香有比较多配菜(side dishes),这里的炸水饺、云吞、酿豆腐都是值得推荐的! 一碗“干捞”面、一碗肉汤,再配上一小碟辣椒酱;这就是沙巴生肉面的吃法了!(RM7). 咬劲十足的猪筋丸(RM7),推荐哦! 我最常吃的是Lintas Plaza的金沙园和家香生肉面(比较常去他们在88 Marketplace的分行)。你呢? 家香生肉面 Kedai Kopi Jia Siang.
